MacNeal Promotes Pietrzyk to Executive Director of Clinical Services

Tracy Pietrzyk has been named Executive Director of Clinical Services for MacNeal Hospital, announced Bruce Eady, CEO.

During her 18-year healthcare career Pietrzyk has successfully assumed progressive leadership, management and team building responsibilities. She has been involved in leadership roles regarding patient safety, new technology implementation, financial recovery projects and oversight of many business operations committees. She has been at MacNeal for 12 years in a variety of roles, most recently as Director of Cardiology and Radiology.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst College and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis.

Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare Welcomes New Vice President of Development

Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare (EMHC) recently welcomed Sandra Nelson as Vice President of Development. Prior to joining EMHC, Nelson served as Vice President, Foundation, Corporate and Government Relations at Advocate Health Care-Advocate Charitable Foundation.

Nelson completed her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University and is currently enrolled in the College of Financial Planning pursuing the Certified Financial Planning track. She is a Board member and Treasurer for the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Nelson is also a Board member for the Greater Chicagoland Broadcast Ministries and Chicago Lights.

Nallely Kaplan Named to Vista Health Board

The appointment of Nallely E. Kaplan (Gurnee) to the Board of Directors for Vista Health was announced recently by Gerald Pearson, chairman of the board.

Kaplan is currently branch manager and vice president of the Harris Bank, Waukegan. Prior to joining the bank, she was responsible for the English as a Second Language and bilingual programs at Woodland School District 50 as well as the district’s Spanish for Non-Spanish Speakers program.

Prior to moving to the United States, Kaplan attended the Instituto Polictecnico Nacional, in Mexico City. She has subsequently attended Columbia College, Chicago, as well as completed a number of banking-related classes at Harris Bank, IFL, Chicago.
